Agreement
These terms apply when you use cleraladdins.com, the customer portal, or the CLERAL Weight Monitoring Add-in. By creating a workspace or installing the Add-in, you agree to them. If you use Cleral for a company, you confirm you can bind that company.
The service
Cleral shows live vehicle weight and position inside MyGeotab for licensed devices. You need an active subscription, a connected MyGeotab database, and Cleral hardware that reports onboard-scale diagnostics. We host the Add-in. You install it by copying the configuration from Integration and pasting it into MyGeotab System Settings → Add-Ins. Do not upload a ZIP.
Your account
- Keep login details confidential and use accurate company and MyGeotab information.
- You are responsible for activity in your workspace and for who can open the Add-in in MyGeotab.
- MyGeotab credentials you save are used to sync vehicles and check device licenses.
Plans and payment
Published plans and prices appear on the Pricing page. Checkout is handled by Stripe. Fees are billed in advance for the selected interval unless we agree otherwise. Unpaid or expired subscriptions lose Add-in access. Taxes may apply.
Acceptable use
- Use the Add-in only for your fleet and licensed vehicles.
- Do not reverse engineer, resell, or share the Add-in outside your subscription.
- Do not attempt to bypass entitlement or device-license checks.
Availability
Weight values depend on MyGeotab, onboard hardware, and network connectivity. We do not warrant uninterrupted service or that every reading is complete. The Add-in is an operational aid, not a legal scale certificate.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Cleral is not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages, or for decisions made from weight or location displays. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will post the new date on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the change. Questions: support@cleraladdins.com.
