Start in the customer portal
The JSON you paste into MyGeotab is generated on the Integration page after your MyGeotab account is saved.
Installation
Install Cleral Add-in in MyGeotab
Copy the Add-in JSON from your Cleral portal, then paste it into MyGeotab. Do not upload a ZIP or paste a configuration URL.
Open Integration
Confirm hardware
Make sure the Cleral onboard scale is installed and reporting diagnostics in MyGeotab.
Finish Integration in the Cleral portal
Sign in to the customer portal, open Integration, save your MyGeotab account, and sync vehicles.
Copy the Add-in JSON
On Integration step 3, copy the Add-in configuration. Do not paste a manifest URL into MyGeotab.
Open Add-Ins in MyGeotab
While signed in, click the profile icon → System Settings → Add-Ins → + Add-In.
Paste the configuration
Stay on the Configuration tab. Delete the sample JSON, paste the JSON from the portal, then click Done. Leave the Files tab unchanged. Click Save if MyGeotab asks you to save system settings.
Open CLERAL Weight Monitoring
In the MyGeotab left menu, open Add-Ins → CLERAL Weight Monitoring and select a vehicle to view live weights.
Watch the MyGeotab install
System Settings, Add-Ins, paste the configuration, then open the Add-in.
