Who we are
Cleral Addins (“Cleral”, “we”) provides the CLERAL Weight Monitoring Add-in for MyGeotab and the customer portal at cleraladdins.com. This policy explains what we collect when you use the website, portal, and Add-in. Questions: support@cleraladdins.com.
Information we collect
- Account details you give us: name, company, email, and password.
- MyGeotab connection details you save in Integration: database name, server, username, and password, used to sync vehicles.
- Vehicle and device identifiers needed to license Weight Monitoring and show live weights.
- Weight and location readings the Add-in displays while you are signed in to MyGeotab.
- Billing information processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
- Basic site and support logs (pages visited, errors, emails you send us).
How we use it
- Create and secure your workspace, and check your subscription.
- Sync licensed vehicles and show net/gross weights and location in the Add-in.
- Turn Add-in access off if a subscription ends or a vehicle is not licensed.
- Process payments, send invoices, and answer support requests.
Who we share it with
We share data only as needed to run the product: Stripe for checkout, MyGeotab when you connect a database, and hosting or email providers that process data on our behalf. We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
Account and billing records are kept while your workspace is active and as long as tax or legal rules require. You can ask us to update or delete account data, subject to those obligations.
Security
We use access controls, encrypted connections, and least-privilege access to production systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Tell us promptly at the email above if you think an account was compromised.
Your choices
You can update Integration credentials, close a subscription, or request a copy or deletion of your account information by emailing support. The Add-in only runs for signed-in MyGeotab users on licensed devices.
